CSS

css question?

i'm currently working through a code trying to understand and hopefully use it:

I came across a selector that I wasn't sure of could someone explain it's not a big thing but I'm not sure of it:

main-nav:target + .page-wrap{}

what does the "+" mean into between the class and id selector, what does it actually mean

1 Answer

The '+' means the style will apply only to the .page-wrap element immediately after the main-nav:target. Check out the page on adjacent selectors on the W3C for more info.
