CSS CSS Selectors Selectors - Beyond the Basics Attribute Selectors Challenge

CSS Selector challenge

"Create an attribute selector that targets img elements with a title attribute value of "avatar". Give the elements a border radius of 50%."

I do not see what I am doing wrong here. The preview workspace even shows the image with a round border with the code I wrote. Am I missing something?

style.css
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */

img[title = "avatar" ] {
    border-radius: 50%;

}
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
    <title>Selectors</title>
  <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
  <link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Nunito:400,300' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
  <link rel="stylesheet" href="base.css">
  <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css">
</head>
<body>
    <div id="container">
        <form class="form-contact">
        <img src="avatar.png" title="avatar" alt="">

          <label for="un">Username:</label>
          <input type="text" id="un">

        <label for="pw">Password:</label>
        <input type="password" id="pw">

        </form>
    </div>
</body>
</html>

Hey James Roberts

You have everything there, but sometimes with attribute selectors, whitespace can cause issues. Normally in CSS, whitespace is irrelevant, but with attribute selectors...
If you just remove the whitespace, the task does pass.

img[title="avatar"]

Nice work! :) :dizzy:

Thank you Jason! It worked!
