what am i missing here. the bumper keep telling that i have not set the font-size to 0.9em. Please i need help. ul .contact-info{ font-size:0.9em; margin:0; padding:0; list-style:none; }

This is close. You just have an extra space. Should be no space between the ul and the .contact-info.

Another option is to remove the ul entirely. It isn't needed unless you plan to use .contact-info on something else later. Anytime you can cut down on unneeded selectors saves you headache later when your CSS gets really long and specific.

I'm going to guess that you didn't intend to make a descendant selector.
ul .contact-info targets an element with class contact-info that is a descendant of a ul element. But you may have intended to target a ul that has that class. The selector for that would be "ul.contact-info" (no space).
