HTML How to Make a Website Sharing a Website Upload the Website

Cyberduck won't connect to DreamHost; error message that the server has timed out.

I followed steps in dreamhost's wiki which matches the one used in the upload to website video and I still get a time out error....Has anyone had this issue?

Does Cyberduck give you the option to try again? I get time out messages all the time, but I just click "try again" and it connects the second time. I'm not using DreamHost, but it shouldn't matter. Otherwise there may be a connection issue of some kind that has nothing to do with Cyberduck.
