Development Tools Database Foundations Joining Relational Data Between Tables in SQL Keys and Auto-Incrementing Values

Database Foundations - Keys and Auto-Incrementing Values - Code Challenge Part I - [SOLVED]

The question asks to:

"Create a genres table called "t_genres" with an auto incrementing primary key called "pk_id" and a unique column called "uk_name" that can't be null. The "uk_name" is a varchar of up to 45 characters."

and when I enter the code below, I get an error saying:

"Bummer! You're missing the PRIMARY KEY of 'pk_id'."

My code is as follows:

CREATE TABLE t_genres (pk_id INTEGER NOT NULL AUTO INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY, uk_name VARCHAR(45) NOT NULL UNIQUE KEY);

I cannot figure out what is wrong. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. :)

Thanks!

[SOLVED]

Ugh! I found out what was wrong! There is an underscore between "AUTO" and "INCREMENT":

CREATE TABLE t_genres (pk_id INTEGER AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY, uk_name VARCHAR(45) NOT NULL UNIQUE KEY);

Thanks just the same! :)

CREATE TABLE t_genres ( pk_id int(11) DEFAULT NULL, uk_name varchar(45) NOT NULL UNIQUE KEY )

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to work, and I don't see where it defines pk_id as an auto-incrementing primary key in that code either.
