Deployment target 10.2

How can i change deployment target to 10.2? Or do i have to wait for an update of Xcode?

I have the same problem I'm on 10.2.1 and can not run the app on my phone

I was able to install Xcode 10 and Xcode 8.3.3 on the same computer. I did all the coding in Xcode 8.3.3. I then updated the code in Xcode 10. I had to use my personal developer account to sign the certificate. I'm using an iPhone 7 plus(iOS 11.4.1) which I had to trust the build under settings-general-device management.
