I want to know which tool is best for web designing? how about dreamweaver?

30,003 PointsIn my experience dreamweaver can often be frowned upon. If you're looking for a great editor I'd suggest sublime or atom. they both have a great community around them and have awesome plugins to perform extra functionality!

17,730 PointsYou specifically mention web "designing", so I assume you are looking at design and development tools with a focus on designers. If so, I think you should look at tools like Adobe Muse, Adobe Edge ReFlow, Macaw, or Webflow
