JavaScript Asynchronous Programming with JavaScript Asynchronous JavaScript with Callbacks Implement a Callback

Didn't understand anything

Should I take the Callbacks course? I'm just following the Full Stack track orderly but apparently I don't understand clearly here. Too much embedded functions makes me dizzy and the logic is hard at the beginning and poorly explained in this course.

I also had troubles with Asynchronous JavaScript. What worked for me is lookup tutorials on YouTube to have it explained from a different point of view, and then go back to Treehouse to see if it makes more sense now.

The Callback Functions in JavaScript course would be good reinforcement and it's short (you can complete it in about an hour).

Good to hear. I love it when one answer can help many. Happy coding!

honestly at this point in my coding journey i have branched out to Javascript 30 for 30 as well. helped me immensely with .map .filter and handling arrays as well as callback functions.

treehouse still is my primary source though!

TTH doesn't offer enough in depth / step by step lessons to help people really remember or grasp anything beyond rote memorisation. I hate that I'm paying for this but other resources are even worse and I can't afford a university education. :(
