Difference between run and debug tests

In the Unit Testing course with C#, sometimes Run tests is called, where as other times the Debug tests is called. What is the difference between these two methods, and when would you want to use one over the other?

it's the same as running your main project.

Run Test simply runs the test and return results

Debug Test with cause the action to stop when it hits breakpoints.
