Do anyone know what is the problem with this?

Totally lost and i tired to find solutions but none of them help.

FunFactsActivity.java
import android.app.Activity;
import android.os.Bundle;
import android.view.View;
import android.widget.Button;
import android.widget.TextView;

public class FunFactsActivity extends Activity {

    @Override
    public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        setContentView(R.layout.activity_fun_facts);

        // Declare our View variables and assign them the Views from the layout file
        TextView factLabel=(TextView)findViewById(R.id.factTextView);
        Button showFactButton=(Button)findViewbyId(R.id.showFactButton);
    }
}

Welcome to Treehouse!

You are very close, small typo. You need to call the findViewById() method, not the findViewbyId() method which as far as I know is not a standard method. :wink:

Happy coding,
