{
    class Frog
    {
        public readonly int TongueLength;

        Frog frog = new Frog(5);

        public Frog(int tonguelength)
        {

This line is wrong Frog frog = new Frog(5); There you are creating an instance of the class Frog. Normally you instance and object outside the class.

Here is a solution

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Frog
    {
        public readonly int TongueLength;

        public Frog(int tongueLength){
            TongueLength = tongueLength;
        }
    }
}
