After completing my track, will i receive a certificate or any proof that shows that I have done these lessons? If not, then how would I show an employer that I know how to program?

While there is nothing you "have to do" to show employers, it is in some way related to the projects you have completed. Projects, projects, projects is what I have heard since reaching out to those in the industry.
You can display a projects via a website, blog, or site like github. With the Career Program at Treehouse there are a number of goals that need to be accomplished, which includes how much you have learned. Here is a link for more information:
