General Discussion

Do I have beginners luck with finding others in the kiddie pool to learn with?

I have an astounding concept. I dream of my website in great detail. I know exactly how it will look when I am finished. Like going to school on the first day. It's scary.

So anybody out there want to be in the first grade class with me?

I'm not quite sure what your question is. Could you specify your request?

Okay. I am just starting. I have just got it in my head that tags need to be <opened> and </closed> in "bookend" order. I have a full time job (which I have to go to now) and I started a company with a website. WEB.com does not provide a reservation engine. Rezgo.com (my reservation engine) does not have the ability to get exactly what I want to do onto their template. So I have to design this myself. I wish I could just wiggle my nose. Nope! That did not work. So maybe I can just discuss how this all progresses with others who are just beginning this quest?

Hi David,

Many people here are beginning their quest just like you. You'll find a lot of inspiration and help here.

I know that starting can be the hardest part and that you "wish you could just wiggle your nose" and have it done. But don't underestimate the power and awesomeness of the journey. Sure it's frustrating sometimes. And you'll spend weeks learning and perfecting your skills. But you'll have a major sense of accomplishment once you reach your goals.

P.S. - Nice Bewitched reference. :)

Thank you.
