Do I have to string "greeting" to "Hi there," first?

let name = "Antonio"

let greeting = "Hi there"

let interpolatedGreeting = "(greeting), (name)."

strings.swift
// Enter your code below
let name = "Antonio."

let greeting = "Hi there,"

let interpolatedGreeting = "\(greeting) \(name)"

Hi Brian,

No. You are creating a third constant called interpolatedGreeting.

To have an interpolated greeting constant all you need is this.

// Enter your code below
let name = "Mike"
let greeting = "Hi there, \(name)"

I hope that helps,

Mike
