Do while loops

  1. Remove your second line that just says "String response;", the instruction that says "Don't forget to declare response outside of the do while loop" is already taken care of by your first line of code where you've declared the variable with the readline statement.

  2. The if statement is what's throwing off the loop. In a Do/While, the condition goes in the "while" part instead, here's the basic syntax:

do {
    // loop code goes here, will always run at least once since it's in the "do" block
} while(ConditionGoesHere); // after the code in the "do" block runs once, this condition is checked to decide if the loop should run again
