- CodeSchool - Here
- CodeAcademy - Here
- The New Boston YouTube tutorials - Here
- The Digital Craft YouTube tutorials - Here
- Lynda.com - Here
I have used; CodeSchool - This is slightly more advanced, it teaches HTML5 + CSS3 not entry level HTML + CSS but good for intermediates.
The New Boston - I got started with these tutorials, he is a very fun character and the tutorials are fast paced, maybe only 3/4 mins per video.
The Digital Craft - I volunteer at The Digital Craft. I found his tutorials when I was trying to learn how to design in photoshop and take it all the way to HTML. I ended up contacting the owner through Facebook, he helped me with some private sessions.
My preference;
Treehouse - By far the most profesional tutorials I have found. My Favorite.
Code School - Great for learning HTML5+CSS3 High level tutorials.
The New Boston - Good for learning HTML+CSS foundations, for free. Lower quality production.
The Digital Craft - The best PSD to HTML course I have found on the web. Lower quality production.
Hope this helps :)

There's the ever-popular w3 Schools -- which I used to help myself learn CSS many years ago
