231,261 PointsHere's two things that might help. If it goes by too fast, you can use the video speed control to slow it down. And if that's not it, you could turn on captions ("CC") to allow you to read along with what is being said.

14,084 PointsIt's helpful to re-watch videos a few times if you don't initially understand. I also make sure to read the teachers notes at the bottom several times as they usually give extra explanations and examples to help you understand the videos better.
