Does not change colour.

Changing colour in CSS is not working.

div.alert {
border: 2px solid #aaa;
padding: 10px;

 }

div.flash.success { border: 2px solid green; color: green; }
div.flash.error { border: 2px solid red; color: red; }
div.flash.notice { border: 2px solid blue; color: blue; }

This is identical to his code.

Hi Brian, Can you please provide the contents of your div.fash element? You might need to apply the color property to the target inner tag within div.flash. Regards, Francois

This works for me:

 div.alert {
   border: 2px solid #aaa;
   padding: 10px;
 }

div.flash.success {
  border: 2px solid green;
  color: green;
}

div.flash.error {
  border: 2px solid red;
  color: red;
}

div.flash.notice {
  border: 2px solid blue;
  color: blue;
}
