I'd like to get a job as a Java developer or any language atm.
What courses would cover enough so you could interview for jobs and actually get them?

Treehouse TeacherHi Dustyn,
Great question. The Java track is just getting started. We are always in the process of adding more and are attempting to hire an additional Java teacher at the moment.
A new course is going to drop any day now that will wrap up what I deem to be the basics knowledge needed for the language. I plan to launch the Java track with its introduction.
We will explore all sorts of applications of the language as well. Right now we have a very solid Android track which will assist in deepening your knowledge.
If you are looking for a web developer job you can definitely start here and learn some web development from courses in the Front End development track.
Did that answer your question?

7,676 PointsHey Craig,
I've heard job employers add far too much on qualifications for developers and just curious if this would be enough to start finding jobs after completing.
Basically the Front End development track has enough knowledge for people to start getting a job and the Java course isn't ready yet?
I also understand just knowing and having something to show to employers will greatly affect being hired.
