Upon completion of Treehouse programs, how exactly do they help you find employment? Is there any sort of accredidation they can offer? Or will the skills they teach me make me prepared to acquire whatever "title" I may need to get my foot in the door somewhere?
Hopefully you get what I'm trying to say. :)

So they want to see a portfolio, github account, dribbble, and so on. There might even be a skill testing question or three before you even get an interview (my husband does hiring for his department and does this).
So you could always include a link to your treehouse profile with any job apps you send out, so they can see you've completed the courses/badges that you have. :)
And job titles are, well, mostly made up. How many companies do you see that hire 'code ninjas' or 'server monkeys' or 'rockstars'? Lots of companies even let you choose your own job title upon being hired (within reason - you can't be the CEO, unless it's the CEO of burritos or something). So if you feel you have the skills to call yourself a web designer, or developer, or whatever, then go right ahead. :)
