Downloading videos

How do I download my track videos to view on iTunes without an internet connection?

As I don't use iTunes, I click on Downloads under the video and right-click on each file in turn and 'save as' to a file I create for each course on a flash drive. That way I can take them with me and watch them on whatever computer I may be able to use in any location.
