Dreamweaver

Is Dreamweaver going to be a future topic at Team Treehouse?

Hi Fametta:

I'm just a student, but I use Dreamweaver to "auto-type" the tags. It may be a future topic but all it really does, is act as an editor for your code. These lessons are showing the meaning behind all the tags, media adaptations, embedding, programming, etc. When you're good with them, you wouldn't even need Dreamweaver.

I agree with Chris here, except that you wouldn't need Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is not a text editor which is why the price of it is what it is. Dreamweaver is more along the lines of an Ide for web development. You can create a layout for use on mobile devices, as well as pc layouts, you can monitor your site, and visually develop your site. I don't see it being a future topic on treehouse. that's more of a tutorial based system and treehouse is more educational. there is a difference between the two. But if you take the track here for web development, you should be able to jump right in and quickly create a webpage in Dreamweaver. Adobe makes industry standard software and a lot of developers invest in what they offer. Good luck
