during the coding challenge , i am getting typeError , stating that the int is not callable...

there are no int types in this code that I can tell, and it's set up exactly as he has it in the video, I rewatched the video probably 5 times. I may be missing something but I can't seem to get past this error code.

starter.py
import logging

logging.basicConfig(filename = 'cc.log', level=logging.DEBUG)
logging.DEBUG ('warning')

1 Answer

logging.DEBUG is a logging level, which happens to be an int with the numeric value 10. logging.debug in lowercase is a method which logs the message.

Try changing logging.DEBUG ('warning') to logging.debug ('warning').
