Im trying to learn javascript but Im not understanding anyone it. I took introduction to programing and I still had little to no idea what was going on. Is there like a site or a index or something that can help me out with understanding javascript.

I would recommend getting a few books on the subject, and checking out Code School's Javascript courses. They seem to be more "real world" application which has helped me learn but putting it in terms I understand. Also, Javascript is just freaking hard to learn for some people (myself included) and the only way to learn is to keep going. Eventually things will just start to .click() <--- see what I did there?

Book recommendations:

  • A software developer learns html5, javascript, and jquery
  • jQuery Novice to ninja
  • Javascript and jQuery Interactive front end development

Hope that helps!

sweet, thanks a ton =)

All of that and maybe check out codecademy.com they have a good javascript beginner course.
