Error when running rails server command

Hey there I have a huge problem with rails server command and I can not start it. I had a problem and maybe deleted one file on accident but I think that file was specific to the project since it was within the project folder.

http://screencast.com/t/kttI0Eeden4G here is the screenshoot with error.

Jason Seifer or Geoff Parsons ever saw something like this ? :)

It seems like the server is already running in the background. Go to browser and see if something pops up on localhost:3000. Restarting the computer should fix it if it's what I once experienced.

Thank you restarting actually worked. I could not figure out where was the server started already , it was weird :) Restart always helps haha
