error when trying to go to phpMyadmin

This is the error coming up when i go to phpMyadmin. Not sure what happened.

Error

MySQL said: Cannot connect: invalid settings.

mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

Please let me know if you know what i did so i can get it fixed.

Having the same exact thing. I'm trying to figure it out myself. I'm currently downloading mySQL even tho I know MIMO comes with mysql already. I'll update my comment once I finish downloading and installing it.
