Every time that this guy is the instructor, I always hit a plateau

It first happened on the jQuery discussion, and now this. Thank God they updated the course and replaced him with someone else to discuss jQuery. I wish they update this topic soon.

Well he doesn't work at Treehouse any more I don't think. I always enjoyed his courses - I guess everyone's different.

Different teaching styles work for different students. Some people really loved Andrew.

In terms of JS I find Dave Mcfarland's explanations the most thorough and easiest to understand out of Treehouse instructors, but to be fair Andrew seems to be tasked with teaching the more advanced material.

Hi

I've always liked Chalkers' courses. To be fair he does teach a lot of the more advanced aspects of JS, you will not get this stuff first time around believe me. Like Stuart said though, to each their own. Is there anything in particular that you are having trouble with?

Happy coding

I understand, but you probably just made him feel bad, and haven't really addressed the actual issue. It would be better to give concrete feedback and actionable information. Break it down. Why not tweet to the instructors and tell them what you liked and didn't like.

His cartoony expressions make me chuckle so much, I love him.
