"Exhausted available authentication options"

I am trying to load up my html documents to my shiny new domain, per the instructions in the relevant "web design" lesson video. I even used the same services that were used (namecheap for domain registering, webhostingforstudents for hosting, and Cyberduck for SFTP).

I've followed all the instructions to a T, including updating the DNS, and still when I try to log in with my credentials to Cyberduck, I get the error message:

"Login failed: Exhausted available authentication methods. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance."

Per the error message, I have indeed sent in a support ticket to webhostingforstudents for some help. However, I figured that since there have to be others using the same set of services and programs that I am, maybe somebody has run into this problem in the past and figured out how to solve it.

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Truth be told in my case, part of the problem might have been incorrect credentials (I hate to admit it, but I suppose we're all allowed to be dumb sometimes, ha). However, I also realized I had forgotten to follow the instructions they included to update the DNS. Hopefully one of those works for you.

Because I am not allowed to see your hosting details I am going to make a guess maybe the credtials are actually wrong? the host always has to be the ip address without a backslash at the end so no xxx.xxx.x.x/ and no http://www.xxx.xxx.x.x it is always just xxx.xxx.x.x also it will need a port to connect too. Username or password could also just be mistyped. I don't use any of your services so I don't know the ins and outs but those are some errors I ran into when I was starting out.
