Exporting for iPhone 5 and up resolutions?

Hello everyone!

I illustrated my project starting at the iPhone 4 resolution. Now, I needed the files to work for iPhone 5 and up. Now my questions is, can we still use the AI Export Script to work on iPhone 5, 5C & 5S at 640×1136, the iPhone 6 at 750×1334 and the iPhone 6 Plus at 1242×2208 downsampled to 1080×1920 resolution?

I am new to this but if it will not be possible, then how do adjust the images properly? Can I safely assume that I can adjust images so they perfectly fit the screen even the proportions from our original illustrations are no longer guaranteed to be the same?

I hope I made sense here. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. :) Thanks!

Where are you making the image? I mean what program are you using to make the image?
