iOS Swift 2.0 Functions Function Parameters Function Parameters

External and Local Paramerters

Did I switch up the parameters or is it something else that I did not do correctly

functions.swift
// Enter your code below
func getRemainder(value a: Int , divisor b: Int) -> Int {
    return  value % divisor
}

what they mean by external perimeters is this...

func getRemainder(value a: Int, divisor b: Int) -> Int {

return a % b

}

a & b stay the same

Close! You put the external reference names in the body of your function, when in reality they are only there for clarity of the function parameters. Just put a and b inside the function body where you have the value and divisor external parameters, respectively.

// Enter your code below
func getRemainder(value a: Int, divisor b: Int) -> Int {
    return a % b
}
