Fail on iconImageView

iconImageView is red and is giving a error, could i have missed adding iconImageView id to something on the design?

If you did miss assigning the correct id value in your activity design xml file, the error you will get in MainActivity is "Cannot resolve symbol 'iconImageView'". To fix this, go back to your design view (activity_main.xml or maybe (content_main.xml if you started this project more recently), and click on the little cloud icon to select it. In the properties window on the right, scroll down to the 'id' field and make sure it says iconImageView. You can also make this change in the xml directly by finding the correct ImageView (not the degreeImageView). Within that image view confirm you have the property android:id="@+id/iconImageView"
