I'm at the video of flexbox. Looking at the support of IE 8 ans IE9 and the bugs listed. Is it practical at this point to dive deep into learning this?
Edit: looking at browser market share:
Market Share of Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0 21.79% Market Share of Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 19.28% Market Share of Chrome 39.0 12.79% Market Share of Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 9.29% Market Share of Firefox 34 6.18% Market Share of Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 5.93% Market Share of Chrome 36.0 3.58% Market Share of Firefox 33 3.03% Market Share of Safari 8.0 2.13% Market Share of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 1.09% (surprised people still use this)

15,876 PointsFrom what I have learned it really depends on what you want to accomplish with your project. I would honestly give it a shot, it's always good to know different techniques.

8,521 PointsEverything depends on your project - if you really have to support IE, then flexbox is not the best option for you.
Still I do use flexbox frequently, it's always better to know this layout method.
