Flexboxes ?? confused please help.

Hi guys, I am going to try and explain this the best I can. I am currently stuck doing my CV using "Flexboxes".

I have done all the html and mainly CSS for it. When trying to make 3 columns [ div 1 : TEXT1 | div 2 : TEXT2 | div 3 : TEXT 3 ] in a multi - column -layout using flexboxes. Its not working very well. It does not become responsive and it does not know when the </div> has finished so The div 1 + 2 + 3 all joins together.

I dont know if anyone has had the same trouble and can give me a right answer. I am trying to figure this out myself but without me knowing what is the problem its hard to explain.

The goal: All I want is to have 3 columns with 3 <divs> with all different CSS propertys in each. Put them in a multi-column-layout and have them all the same size (height+width) and responsive. not asking for much :P

A BIG thank you in advance if anyone can help me out. Im at the point where I want to punch the screen :P

have had loads of experience with flexboxes...and they are inexplicably confusing because of various browsers implementing different standards. You need the knacss framework...Google it. Take out the flexbox classes from their css file and use. That's the only surefire way of building anything that'll run stably accross all browsers.

Thank you my friend i will take a look to see if this helps.

btw....if you are using flexbox just for responsive design, it's not the best-use case. You might try looking into the grid system of bootstrap. It's pretty neat and easy. No learning curve.

yeah i tried bootstrap and a really good tool to use. :D just wanted to try something different thats all. Flex boxes are a pain in the a*se. Thanks for your help tho. Saurabh :D
