16,204 PointsWhen I first started learning it I used to practice it at the very least an hour a day when I worked and on my days off I would work on it for about 4-6 hours. It really depends on a couple of factors for example if you wanted to make a career out of this you would want to spend as much time as possible doing it as supposed to just learning it because you wanted to learn it in order build your self a simple blog page and nothing else.
The only thing I can suggest is not giving up when find yourself frustrated because you can't get something to work the way you want it to. Many times and this has happened to me too because you get frustrated and mad you out it off for s day or two and sometimes longer. Bad idea specially when you are just starting you want to practice everyday even a little bit just so the material stays fresh in your mind. After a lot of practice it just becomes mire natural and you can practice it 4-5 days out of the week rather than everyday.
Good luck hope that helps a little

16,204 PointsA day? If so good for you personally I think that's too long and much prefer to spread it out over the week. But I work full time so that may be a factor. Although on my days off I day plan out to code for 4-5hours but end up doing it for an extra 2-3 hours more because time just flys.
