1,405 PointsFor professional websites generally would I use this normalize.css file or would I need to update normalize ?
Since browsers change... or is there other files to reset that I should consider?

15,244 PointsHello, normalize.css makes the styling on elements consistent on each and every browser. Here all the styles of most elements are set to their basics. Therefore no need to change anything inside normalize.css . But however...its your wish If you think 'this styling is not needed' you can go ahead and remove the style from normalize.css or u can even add NEW styling into it. I do not recommend this. Thanks
