For some reason, any changes I make to a .css file don't appear when hitting "view". I checked index.html.

I've been following the videos and at some point, any .css changes I make don't translate. I checked my index.html (thinking that it must be a reference issue) to see if I made some sort of mistake but I couldn't find it.
