Hey Christian,

Personally I would go with Foundation. It's styled with the Sass preprocessor which is gaining more notoriety in the front end dev community. Sass is the most mature and supported CSS preprocessor out there right now which is what makes Foundation the more optimal choice (my opinion!) I'm a Sass guy and I highly prefer it over Less so Foundation is my framework of choice.

Bootstrap is pretty great though. They booth have a lot of the same features, are totally customizable, and are relatively easy to get up and running. Try the Frameworks course here on TH with Guil and then make your decision. He goes over just about everything on both but get a little more in depth with Foundation ...probably for good reason :) ..Foundation 5 is the fastest and most efficient version of the framework yet!

Hope this helps man!

i have not seen any foundation 5 course here? where can i find it? thanks for the answer btw...

nevermind, i found it.. thanks man!
