Frog doesn't rotate

The frog doesn't turn , I turned off the Rotation constraints in the Rigidbody section , and nothing happens it seems like the code about Quaternion just doesn't work, plus I've copied every step Nick had showed in the video

After I restart the Unity3D , the problem magically solved itself. The reason could be the recent version update. Now when I double-click the scrip, it opens the visual studio instead of MonoDevelopment
