Front-End Development or PhP Development? I can't decide which track to follow. My end goal is to change careers and work in tech company where I can apply my new skills such as Facebook, Google, Blizzard etc.

Which track you take will depend on what you ultimately wish to do with companies or services like those. If you want to create/maintain the way those sites look or how users interact with them, your focus would be on front-end (think of it as "user facing") development. Alternatively, if you want to focus more on data storage, server interactions, etc., then you would want to check out PHP and back-end development.
Really, it's good to at least be familiar with languages and concepts in both camps, even if you plan to only specialize in one. Best answer: take all the courses you can, learn all you can, and you'll be FAR better off for it, as you will be versatile and thus more valuable as a programmer!
Happy coding!
