Hi Gheon,

In the last line of your code, you are supposed to store the returned value of the function in a new variable named "yearToday". You named your variable "year".

Also to call the function you use the function name with the parenthesis after it "getYear()".

So the last line of code should look like this:

const yearToday = getYear();
