FYI you might need to uncheck “create separate module per source set”

If you’re using the same version of IntelliJ as me (IntelliJ IDEA CE version 2016.2.2) you might see this extra checkbox, “create separate module per source set”, which is checked by default. You should probably uncheck this box. (See screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/W0twV) I had it checked and then I had this extra Source Sets folder later on that was different than the videos in the tutorials and made it harder to follow along. FYI.
