Game dev and design

Is teamtreehouse considering some courses about 3D modeling in maya, blender, or some courses about game engines such as unreal engine, cryengine, or unity? Or even how to create a game for facebook?

Sure. YOu can greate a game for facebook with JavaScript and HTML i believe, maybe , some PHP . Not sure.

Treehouse focus more on web developing and mobile . Thier focus is the best. If u want to learn modeling and stuff, i suggest to go to lynda.com .

ANyways, web developer and mobile apps, are best here. U wont find anywhere better place to learn these things. My own experience. Since treehouse doent do modeling and stuff, u can go and check lynda.com . Look on Udemy for one particular course with two guys on unity . It gosts like 6-15 pounds as its allways on sales so u can buy it .

Go on YT as well, u might find something cool too.

Hope this helps.

Though please look at reviews and making sure that thier real . You dont want to spend 10 pounds on something u dont like because that can stack up into 100pounds, 1000pounds or whatever .

I usualy look and search the course on the interent, and after im beeing sure its good, i buy it , the quality isnt like here, but you can still learn .

Also the unity forums are a great place to look for answers to questions and for general help. For Unreal, the launcher has links to hundreds of tutorials covering all aspects of game development using UE4. If you are looking to get really into the art side, digitaltutors.com is amazing.
