Courses Plus Student 1,951 Points"Getting a value" challenge
Can't get through this challenge. I am really lost, not sure where I am doing wrong. I thought putting the value() method in the function would work, but apparently not. Anyone can give me some hint?
Thanks!
//Select the input for the title for blog post.
var $titleInput = $("#title");
//Select the preview h1 tag
var $previewTitle = $("#titlePreview");
// Every second update the preview
var previewTimer = setInterval(updatePreview, 1000);
function updatePreview(){
//Get the user's input
var titleValue = $titleInput.value();
//Set the user input as the preview title.
$previewTitle.text(titleValue);
//$titleInput.value(titleValue);

9,789 PointsHi Werner, the function is called val. The rest is ok.
var titleValue = $titleInput.val();
