C# C# Objects Inheritance Catching Exceptions

Getting error in treehouse test saying "Did you add a catch block to handle exception"...I did

How is this wrong? I did add it...int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

if (value < 0 || value > 20) { throw new System.Exception(); }

try{ Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
} catch(System.Exception) {
Console.WriteLine("Value {0} is out of bounds!", value); }

Program.cs
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
    throw new System.Exception();
}

try{
    Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
}
catch(System.Exception)
{
    Console.WriteLine("Value {0} is out of bounds!", value);
}

You do have a "catch" block, but for it to be effective, the "try" block must include the code where the "throw" occurs.
