Getting 'Nan'?

Hey, something strange is happening, I got no errors on my code by under the 'employee office status' it displays 'Nan' instead of the JSON data that has been processed and parsed.

Any help would be appreaciated.

var xhr = new XMLHttpRequest();

xhr.onreadystatechange = function () {
  if (xhr.readyState === 4) {

    var employees = JSON.parse(xhr.responseText);
    var statusHTML = '<ul class="bulleted">';

    for (var i = 0; i < employees.length; i += 1) {

      if (employees[i].inoffice == true) {
        statusHTML +='<li class="in">';
      }
      else {
        statusHTML += '<li class="out">';
      }

      statusHTML += employees[i].name;
      statusHTML += '</li>';
    }
    statusHTML =+ '</ul>'

    document.getElementById('employeeList').innerHTML = statusHTML;

  }
};

xhr.open('GET', 'data/employees.json');

xhr.send();

Line 20 you have

statusHTML =+ '</ul>'

it should be

statusHTML += '</ul>'

Holy cow, in a million years I'd never be able to spot that.
