Getting started with ES2015 VS Introducing ES2015

Hello Guys, I am totally new to Javascript and programming in general. I am so confused to take which course first. Shall I go for getting started with ES2015 first or getting started with Introducing ES2015 ?

Thanks in advance

It seems that Getting Started to ES2015 is more of a glance at ES2015. It is well-suited for beginners, whereas Introducing ES2015 is a more in-depth course for more advanced students. I personally recommend Getting Started to ES2015, then if you are reasonably good at JavaScript you should take the Introducing ES2015.
