.GetType returns the object type of a Classes, Value, Interfaces, Enumerations and Delegates

  int n1 = 12;
  int n2 = 82;
  long n3 = 12;

  n1.GetType();           // type int
  n2.GetType();           // type int
  n3.GetType();           // type long

Basically it gets you the type of data something is.
