GI output for inputsystem: ac8c1510c21421a2a3d183a9e2bb14a4 (225136da109c8fda7bf064943f253331) is missing.

Hi,

After I completed this video and tried to play the game it came up with a warning: GI output for inputsystem: ac8c1510c21421a2a3d183a9e2bb14a4 (225136da109c8fda7bf064943f253331) is missing.

The Environment also turned black (except for the puddles) for the first time I play it. Then once I die, it restarts to the proper coloured Environment.

If anyone can help me figure out what is going wrong I would appreciate it.

Also thank you Treehouse for creating a Unity course, it's fantastic and just what I needed. Keep 'em coming!

Hi William,

GI stands for Global Illumination.

I know in one of the course videos, Nick tells us to untick some Global Illumination settings in Window > Lighting.

These are Precomputed Realtime GI and Baked GI. Did you untick these?

I have not seen that error before, but since the error mentioned GI, I thought this might be it.
