Good morning all! One question for now. Is there a phone number where you can speak to a live person or an online chat?

I am working on a test that I can not complete due to some information that I can not find. I sure its just a matter of finding the video that correspond with it. Having a live person answer my question would be great but I will take what I can get (smile). I am looking for information on the P element. What ever help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
