When a user clicks on a news story, a new Fragment should be displayed. Start by creating an interface in NewsFragment to serve as the listener. Name it 'NewsListener', and give it a method named 'onNewsItemSelected' which takes in an int and returns nothing.

NewsFragment.java

    public View onCreateView(LayoutInflater inflater, ViewGroup container, Bundle savedInstanceState) {
